Slippers is one of our cats. She is the nicest cat–she loves people. The whole reason we decided to get her was because she crawled into my lap when we were looking for a cat. She is really friendly to strangers and loves to get scratched, rubbed, patted, etc. Last Christmas, we thought we would be funny and put a bow on her. We told her how pretty she looked and kept on loving on her and telling her she was such a pretty cat. I honestly think that she thinks she is beautiful. Our other cat Millie, hates to have anything around her neck. She will try to tear the ribbon off and bite at it until it does come off. Slippers will keep the ribbon on until we take it off. She doesn’t try to get it off, she sits like a princess looking like she is the most beautiful thing in the world.
She kept it on all day yesterday until we took it off. We have tried telling Millie that she is pretty, but she isn’t buying it.
