I will post more later, but as you know, we are expecting a baby–we found out for sure on Saturday.

I really want to throw up.  No, not because we found out we are having a baby, but because I feel sick almost 24 hours a day.  I have lost some weight, but a friend of mine told me to eat little amounts of protein throughout the day to help.  I’m trying.  Today I had cheese and crackers for a mid-morning snack.  I had an apple for a mid-afternoon snack.  And I ate all my breakfast and lunch and will be having dinner shortly.

(Thank goodness Beth can cook.  I’ve taught her well.)

I’m taking folic acid daily and trying to stomach the prenatal vitamins.

The only problem I am really having is the migraine.  It started on Saturday night and finally let up this morning at about 10:00 am.  It gets so intense I want to cut my head off.  I can’t take the medication for it.  David gave me a massage–my shoulders were extremely tight–and I think that is what finally made it stop.  Please be praying for me on that particular subject.  I am scared to get another one and have it for days on end.  I can’t take the medication,  so I need to figure out what to do so I can get rid of it.

I have an appointment on Friday–I will let you know how things go.
