As promised, here is a picture of that homemade bread I promised.  All this from some ground up wheat.

Some bad news though…

Our bread machine broke.  The good news is that Quisinart is replacing the inside for free, which is the part that is broken.  The bad news is that we can’t have fresh bread for a couple of days, unless I want to make it by hand, which I don’t really want to.

The other bad news.  Our wheat mill broke also.   The good news is that we called them and they are replacing it or fixing it for free.  Whatever they determine needs to be done.  So we sent them the machine and should get it back in a week to ten days.  The bad news is that we won’t be able to grind wheat for bread, pancakes, muffins, etc.  No fresh baked goods.  Unless I want to make them with regular flour, which I might do, but not the bread.
